Democratising digital throughout a UN specialised agency

  • Analysis and development of current digital strategy with a view to aiding the democratisation of digital throughout International Labour Organisation (ILO) offices around the globe.

  • Creation of a comprehensive digital governance model – covering social media, content management and information architecture – to support global digital democratisation.

  • Development and facilitation of Digital Transformation, Scenario Planning and Visioning Workshops for the ILO and UN Office at Geneva (UNOG).

  • Definition of both departmental and individual roles and responsibilities for ILO digital function/personnel. 

  • Global campaign launch support, specifically through digital partnership identification, development and negotiation.

  • Ad-hoc executive counsel for department heads and senior managers.
