  • Provision of a methodology and framework for the development of the Barbican's 2015-2020 Strategic Plan.

  • Stewarding the Senior Management Team through the entire process, resulting in the specification of five strategic goals and a series of cross-cutting projects required to realise them.

  • Ensuring complete alignment between the organisation's vision and its operational activities across departments.

  • Identification as to how and where opportunities to deliver strategic goals (financial, operational, environmental, artistic) might be realised through the use of digital technologies.

  • Key stage assessment and 6 month report on Barbican Incubator, the unit established to execute cross-cutting projects for the strategic plan.
